Every possible place of worship is also available. The healthcare is diverse and well rounded, and the options and choices are all here. We have a hospital available in close proximity no matter if you live in Ashland or the outskirts of Grants Pass. Maybe you want alternative medicine……….you will be coming to a place that has all kinds of choices from holistic practices to meditative healing. I love having so many choices.
Southern Oregon’s weather is unlike other areas of the Northwest, in that the summers are sunny and warm and the winters on the valley floor are mild. Don’t get me wrong…..we have our share of rainy days, but that allows for all the green vegetation, flowing rivers and farm fresh fruits and vegetables that keep this area so beautiful and bountiful.
